SELF-CARE IS MEANINGLESS IF YOU'RE A MOM.
CLUB MFT gives you joy-care instead: simple, no-decision practices, delivered to your inbox every week, so you feel like yourself again (not just Mom).
Built by Elizabeth Wellington, a licensed perinatal mental health therapist and trained group psychoanalyst: the same team behind The Mom Dance Party, as seen in TODAY, People, and CNN.
$29/mo founding rate, guaranteed for your first year. Offer closes Jan 15.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
- The wellness world keeps handing you more to figure out, not less, and you didn’t have room for one more decision to begin with.
- You know you’re supposed to want a bubble bath and a gratitude journal, and you don’t, and that feels like a personal failing instead of a bad fit.
- You’ve tried many self-care things and it just became one more thing to fail at.
- You get ten minutes to yourself and don’t even know what you need, so you scroll instead.
- You’re (mostly) composed and functioning on the outside, but your internal self feels deeply depleted.
- You wake up tired, run on fumes all day, and never feel truly rested or restored.
- Your mind spins with logistics more than it is present for the actual moments with your kids.
- You keep meaning to do something for yourself and it keeps not happening.
- You’re carrying a baseline of guilt about all of the above, all the time.
- You don’t recognize the woman you’re becoming, and no one warned you this part would feel disorienting.
CLUB MFT is for the mom who:
- is burnt out on hour-long wellness routines she never gets to
- feels disconnected from who she is, and is ready to stop guessing what to do about it
- believes she shouldn’t have to choose between being a good mom, caring for herself, and having fun
- has five minutes, not five hours, and that’s enough
- wants to reconnect with the free, playful, vibrant woman she used to be, not to go back, but to bring her forward into a life that fits motherhood now
- is in any season of motherhood, postpartum, the toddler years, perimenopause, the empty nest, and everything between, since the practice adapts to her, not the other way around
CLUB MFT is not for the mom who:
- is looking for therapy or crisis support (see the “Is this therapy?” FAQ)
- wants a long-form workout program
- wants a complicated habit app with streaks, points, or extra decisions to make
- wants parenting advice or tips: this program is for HER, not another parenting playbook, though a calmer, steadier her tends to show up for her too
WE WILL HOLD YOU.
Forget getting an A at “self-care.” Forget being a wellness girlie. You don’t have to think, decide, or hold it together anymore.
We know what happens when a well-meaning person tells you, “you need to make time for self-care” (do you scream? we scream.) It becomes one more thing on the list, one more thing to figure out, one more thing to fail at. Too many options, no time to sort through them, and no idea what you need in the ten minutes you have. Here’s the thing about self-care: it’s not wrong. It just wasn’t built by anyone with a toddler screaming “MOMMY” a few hundred times an hour. That’s the wellness-industrial complex talking. We’re fixing that.
CLUB MFT is built by Elizabeth Wellington, MA, LPC, PMH-C, a licensed perinatal mental health therapist and trained group psychoanalyst, mom of two, and co-founder of Moms Feelin’ Themselves, based on what she’s been hearing from moms in her therapy office for years. Elizabeth left a career in tech sales to retrain at Naropa University and now specializes in maternal mental health, helping moms move through anxiety, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm through a blend of modern psychoanalysis, attachment theory, neuroscience, and somatic, nervous-system-based work. She believes healing happens through embodiment, relationship, and community, not insight alone.

WHY IT WORKS
CLUB MFT lives between work meetings and the pickup line, in the five minutes that are yours. We’re not your typical mom group. We’re not surface-level playdates, and we’re not a support group that only lives in the hard stuff. We’re both. We go deep: matrescence, the nervous system, the real weight of motherhood, taken seriously. AND we lose our minds on a dance floor. Joy and depth in the same room. Catharsis and silliness back to back.
Mothers are the most under-resourced people in the country. What exists for them was never designed for the actual complexity of what motherhood does to a person: scattered wellness content, a random yoga class, seeing her mom friends once a month. That’s not a wellness plan. Too many mothers are running on fumes, piecing together care that never sticks. CLUB MFT closes that gap in a rhythm she can keep, starting at five minutes.
Most wellness apps hand you an overwhelming menu of content and expect you to build your own plate, one more decision on a day that’s already full of them. CLUB MFT is a chef’s table. You don’t order. It’s already on the table. Because the last thing you need to do is make another decision today.
For Busy Brains: This isn’t one more productivity tool, system to optimize or a habit tracker to keep up with. It’s five minutes to feel something, already chosen for you.
Open your member portal and do your five minutes. It’s already chosen, and it’s yours.

WHAT'S INSIDE CLUB MFT
Every week, your practice lands in your inbox. Just open it.
Here’s what’s inside: five strands, each led by an expert in exactly that work, plus The Reset Button for the moments you need something right now.
FEEL: 6 SESSIONS A MONTH
The tools from a therapist’s office, in five-minute doses.
Built by a licensed perinatal mental health therapist from her clinical work with moms and the research, with breathwork, guided meditation, theme teaching, and journal prompts. Big feelings become information, instead of something you carry alone.
Led by: Elizabeth Wellington, MA, LPC, PMH-C, and Jenna Reiss, breathwork meditation instructor.
MOVE: WEEKLY
Get it out of your body, not just off your mind.
The weekly Mom Rage Jam, plus new sessions every week from experts in somatic and nervous-system work, yoga, and dance. You finally let go of what you’re carrying, instead of taking it to bed.
Led by: Shelby Williams, Mary Beth LaRue, and NRG Dance Fitness.
PLAY: 2 SESSIONS A MONTH
Remember what fun feels like when it isn’t for anyone else.
A monthly family dance party where you’re dancing too, not supervising, plus a rotating wildcard, like dopamine dressing with Naomi: dressing for how you want to feel. Nothing to master, just the part of you that loves to play, back in the room.
Delivered: live and virtually.
LEARN: 1 SESSION A MONTH
Finally understand what’s happening to you, and what to do about it.
A monthly deep dive into matrescence, perinatal neuroscience, attachment, and hormonal health, with an expert who explains what’s really going on in your brain and body, then supports you with tools you can use right away. It’s not just you, and now you’ll know why.
Led by: rotating guest faculty, a new expert every month.
TOGETHER: ALL MONTH LONG
You don’t have to do any of this alone.
Scheduled Zoom calls to do the practices side by side, check-ins that keep you going, a Drudgework Hackathon, a book club, and conversation cards. We close each month with the Monthly Breakdown: a live group process with Elizabeth, where everything you felt, moved, played, and learned that month comes together, out loud and in community.
The Reset Button For when you have zero bandwidth left. Sixty to ninety second resets, sorted by the moment you’re in, something you reach for in the moment, not a course to work through.
Also included: early access to Mom Dance Party tickets before they go public, our Spotify playlists (including the Rage Jam playlist), a monthly family dance party, and your replay library.
12 sessions a month, one of them live every single week, plus The Reset Button whenever you need it. Most stay in your library after they air, so nothing’s a rerun you missed. A few are intentionally live-only, because some of this only works when you’re actually there.
Founding Membership: $29/month pace, billed quarterly at $87 or annually at $313, guaranteed for your first year. Founding offer closes January 15, 2027.

From our Mom Dance Party community
“I had more fun than I’ve had in 4 years…You inspired me to keep going ‘out’ with my mom friends and continue to build community.”

JUST IMAGINE...
- You have more capacity and feel steady on the inside, not just holding it together on the outside.
- You reach for your five minutes of playtime instead of your phone, without having to think about it.
- You feel like yourself again, not just running on fumes.
- Your mind is free to be present for the actual moments, instead of spinning on logistics.
- The thing you keep meaning to do for yourself just happens, because it is already chosen for you.
- The guilt doesn’t have the same grip on you anymore.
- You have a clearer sense of who you are becoming, not who you used to be, just who you are now.

Six months from now: This isn’t one more thing on your list, it’s the thing that’s already there. A nervous system that’s learned how to settle itself. A monthly rhythm that fits your life, not the other way around. A community of women who get it without you having to explain. Not because you found more time, but because you finally have a practice built for the time you already have.
If nothing changes: still overwhelmed, still irritable, still not sure who you are outside of “Mom.” Still watching Reels about wellness, still not feeling well at all.
Still tired. Still guilty. Still “fine.”
SELF-CARE IS MEANINGLESS. JOY-CARE IS FIVE MINUTES AWAY.

FAQ
Why quarterly or annual instead of monthly?
Because habits need a runway. Five minutes a day becomes automatic over months, not weeks.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Try it, and use it. If you don’t notice yourself choosing your practice over the scroll, email us within 14 days for a refund of your first month. Annual plans have a 30-day window.
Is this therapy?
No. CLUB MFT is a wellness practice, created by a licensed perinatal therapist and grounded in clinical research, but it’s a practice, not treatment.
Do I need equipment or experience?
No. Practices start at five minutes, with longer sessions up to 45 when you have more time, and fit into the car, the pickup line, between meetings.
What happens after my first year?
Your founding rate is guaranteed for your first 12 months. After that, your membership renews at the standard rate. If you cancel and come back later, you’ll rejoin at the then-current standard rate.
