About This Agreement
Welcome to CLUB MFT (“CLUB MFT,” “the Membership,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a membership program of MFT LLC (“Company”). This Membership Agreement outlines what to expect from CLUB MFT, the scope of services provided, and the terms of your participation. Please read it carefully before joining.
By joining CLUB MFT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below, and you agree that this Membership Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and the Company. A copy of this Agreement may be downloaded by clicking here.
This Agreement includes an automatic renewal provision. Members may cancel this Agreement at any time (effective as of the end of the then-current term) by utilizing the cancellation link at the Company’s website. Please see terms regarding “Membership, Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation” below for details.
About the Membership
CLUB MFT is an ongoing maternal wellness membership program for mothers, organized around five programming strands — Feel, Move, Play, Learn, and Together — and a monthly clinical theme. Membership includes, depending on your plan and what's currently available:
- Monthly live and studio-produced sessions addressing nervous-system regulation, breathwork, and somatic practice (Feel)
- Movement- and dance-based content, including a weekly member-led “Rage Jam” and partner-led dance fitness content (Move)
- Social and play-based programming, including virtual game nights and creative offerings (Play)
- Monthly sessions with guest experts across perinatal and maternal health fields (Learn)
- Community connection programming, including group discussion, book club, and conversation prompts (Together)
- Access to a private online community space
CLUB MFT is led by Elizabeth Wellington, co-founder of the Company, together with guest faculty, instructors, and partner facilitators from a range of clinical, movement, and wellness backgrounds.
Facilitator & Faculty Roles
Many individuals play important roles in providing services on behalf of CLUB MFT, including the following:
- Elizabeth Wellington, MA, LPC, PMH-C is CLUB MFT’s founder, clinical architect, and a group facilitator/educator. Although Elizabeth is also a licensed perinatal psychotherapist in her individual practice, her role at CLUB MFT is to facilitate and educate and she does not provide therapy services through CLUB MFT.
- Guest clinical faculty (for example, a resident breathwork or nervous-system-regulation instructor) provide classes and educational content for Members. While they may hold their own professional licenses or certifications, within CLUB MFT they act solely as facilitators and educators for the session or content they lead — not as individual clinicians.
- Non-clinical partners and instructors (for example, a dance fitness partner) provide movement, creative, or social content and educational services. They do not hold themselves out as providing clinical or mental health services.
Please see the CLUB MFT official website for an up-to-date list of current CLUB MFT faculty, partners and instructors.
No facilitator, instructor, guest expert, or other CLUB MFT personnel provides individual diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care through CLUB MFT, regardless of their credentials outside the Membership.
Scope of Services — This Is Not Therapy
This is the most important section of this agreement. Please read it carefully.
CLUB MFT is a group education, coaching, and wellness membership. It is not psychotherapy and does not constitute individual mental health treatment, medical care, health care, or any other form of clinical treatment.
Specifically, by signing up for CLUB MFT you acknowledge that you understand and agree:
- CLUB MFT is NOT therapy. It is not a substitute for individual mental health treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical care, or any other form of clinical treatment.
- No facilitator is acting as your therapist or other professional clinician within CLUB MFT, regardless of their credentials. Participation in CLUB MFT does not establish a therapist-client or other clinical-provider relationship with anyone.
- Group sessions, movement content, community-space communications, in-person gatherings, and any other CLUB MFT activities are educational, social, and supportive in nature — not clinical care.
- CLUB MFT does not provide individual diagnosis, treatment planning, or clinical interventions. The Membership is designed to educate and support general wellness, education, community, and embodied practice — not to diagnose or treat mental health or medical conditions.
- If you are currently working with a therapist or other health care provider, you are encouraged to maintain that relationship and to discuss your participation in CLUB MFT with them. CLUB MFT is designed to complement — not replace — individual clinical care.
- If you are not currently in individual care and feel you need clinical support, we encourage you to seek qualified clinicians through local resources or your support network. Please note that CLUB MFT does not provide direct referrals to clinical support providers.
Physical Activity & Movement Disclaimer
CLUB MFT includes movement-based content — including the weekly “Rage Jam” (unstructured cathartic dance), somatic and nervous-system-regulation practices, breathwork, and partner-led dance fitness content — some of which involves real physical exertion.
You understand and agree:
- Consult a physician or qualified health care provider before beginning any movement, breathwork, or exercise content offered through CLUB MFT — particularly if you are pregnant or postpartum, have a cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal condition, have a history of trauma, or have any condition that could be affected by physical exertion, rapid movement, or altered breathing patterns.
- You participate in all movement, breathwork, and physical content voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for modifying, pacing, or stopping any activity based on your own body's signals and any guidance from your own health care providers.
- Breathwork and nervous-system-regulation content is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment and is not appropriate for everyone — including those with certain trauma histories, seizure disorders, cardiovascular conditions, or who are or may be pregnant.
- The Company and CLUB MFT's owners, personnel, facilitators, instructors, and guest faculty are not liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction arising from your participation in the Membership, including any movement, breathwork, or physical content.
Crisis Protocol
CLUB MFT is not a crisis intervention service. No facilitator is available for crisis intervention through CLUB MFT. In the event of a mental health crisis or emergency, we recommend that you:
- Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
- Text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line)
- Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room
- Contact your individual therapist or health care provider directly
For support that isn't an emergency, including if you're pregnant or postpartum and feeling overwhelmed, anxious or low, call or text the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline at 1-833-TLC-MAMA (1-833-852-6262).
We strongly recommend that you have an established relationship with a licensed mental health provider and health care providers before joining CLUB MFT.
In-Person Gatherings
From time to time, CLUB MFT members may host or attend in-person, local gatherings organized by other members. Such gatherings are not sponsored or regulated by CLUB MFT, and CLUB MFT is not liable for any liabilities arising from such gatherings.
Your Participation
By joining CLUB MFT, you agree to:
- Participate in good faith — engaging respectfully with fellow members, facilitators, and hosts, and approaching the work with openness.
- Maintain confidentiality. What is shared in CLUB MFT spaces — sessions, the community platform, in-person gatherings — is intended to stay in those spaces. This protects you and every other member. Sharing identifying details or other information about other members that you learn through CLUB MFT is a violation of this agreement.
- Take responsibility for your own wellbeing. CLUB MFT is voluntary; you may step back from any activity at any time, and you are responsible for managing your own mental, emotional, and physical health throughout your membership.
- Communicate respectfully. Disrespectful, harmful, or harassing behavior toward CLUB MFT personnel, facilitators, or fellow members may result in removal from CLUB MFT without refund.
Membership, Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
Membership Plans: CLUB MFT is offered at a standard rate of $35/month, billed in advance either quarterly ($105 per quarter) or annually ($378 per year). CLUB MFT does not offer monthly billing.
Founding Member Pricing: Members who join no later than January 15, 2027, may lock in a discounted Founding Member rate of $29/month (quarterly $87, annual $313) for their first year of membership. Founding Member pricing applies during the first year of membership only for as long as your membership remains continuous and in good standing. If your membership is cancelled or lapses for any reason and you rejoin CLUB MFT at a later date, you will be enrolled at the then-current standard rate, not the Founding Member rate. Upon expiration of Founding Member pricing, Membership will renew at the then-standard rate.
Total Price. The above rates represent the total price for your membership. No additional surcharges, service fees or other fees are required to participate in CLUB MFT.
Automatic Renewal: Your membership automatically renews at the end of each billing term (quarterly or annual, as applicable) at the then-current rate for your plan, and your payment method will be charged automatically, unless you cancel before your renewal date. You may cancel your membership at any time by utilizing the cancellation link at the CLUB MFT website; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing term, and you will retain access through that date. To avoid being charged for the next term, cancel at least 10 days before your renewal date.
Refunds: A full refund of your initial payment is available if requested within 14 days of your original enrollment date (for quarterly plans) or within 30 days of your original enrollment date (for annual plans). No refunds are issued after this window, including for renewal charges or partial billing periods.
Price Changes: The Company may change CLUB MFT's standard pricing for future billing terms with advance notice of at least 30 days (or otherwise consistent with applicable law). Price changes do not apply to your then-current, already-paid term, and do not affect a Founding Member's locked-in rate during the initial Founding Member term.
Intellectual Property
All CLUB MFT materials — including MFT trademarks, session content, written resources, recordings, exercises, frameworks, and monthly theme content — are the intellectual property of the Company and are provided for your personal use only. You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or sell CLUB MFT materials without express written permission.
Recordings of live sessions, if provided, are for personal review by active members and may not be shared outside the Membership.
Privacy
Any personal information you provide to CLUB MFT for your membership (including payment and contact information) is confidential. Although CLUB MFT will never share information that you share directly with us outside of CLUB MFT (except as required by law, including any mandatory reporting obligations, or otherwise with your written permission), and members are requested to keep information that they learn from other members confidential, information you share within your CLUB MFT interactions — in sessions, in the community platform, or in person — may not always remain confidential, and you should not share any information in such interactions that you wish to remain confidential. The Company does not control what its members may do with any information that they learn through CLUB MFT events or channels. In addition, certain individuals (including CLUB MFT personnel or members) may be mandatory reporters that are legally required to report any instances of mistreatment of at-risk elders or adults, or abuse or neglect of children, of which they become aware. Members’ private messages may be accessed and reviewed by site administrators for safety or other reasons in our discretion; however, we do not monitor private messages generally.
CLUB MFT is not a covered entity or business associate covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
For information about how we handle personal data on our website and email list, please see our Privacy Policy at momsfeelinthemselves.com/privacy-policy.
Changes to the Membership
The Company reserves the right to make adjustments to CLUB MFT's programming, format, facilitators, guest faculty, or community platform from time to time. Reasonable notice will be provided to members, and your continued use of CLUB MFT’s features indicates your acceptance of any changes. The Company will provide advance notice of any changes in pricing prior to implementation.
Limitation of Liability
CLUB MFT is provided as-is, with the understanding that it is a group education, coaching, wellness, and community membership — not health care or clinical treatment. No specific outcomes or results are promised or guaranteed and CLUB MFT disclaims all express or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company and its owners, officers, employees, faculty, instructors, and personnel (the “CLUB MFT Parties”) are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation in CLUB MFT, including participation in movement or physical content and attendance at in-person gatherings.
By joining or participating in CLUB MFT, you agree that your participation is voluntary and you assume all risks and responsibility for your own engagement with CLUB MFT's content, practices, and community. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless, and promise not to sue, the CLUB MFT Parties in connection with any loss, injury, damages, or other liability arising from or related to your participation in CLUB MFT, including without limitation liabilities arising from the negligence of any CLUB MFT Parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the CLUB MFT Parties’ aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total membership fees you have paid within the immediately preceding twelve (12) month period prior to any claim. CLUB MFT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
