FAQ
-
Can my partner come?
We think you’ll get the most benefit from having an autonomous experience with others on their own motherhood journey. This is meant to be a date night with yourself.
-
Can I bring my friend who is not a mom?
Absolutely. Bring all your support people! We love to cultivate community. If you’re the first of friends to have a baby and you need a place to gather together, please come. If you want to come solo to meet new friends, do that! If you’re a seasoned mama wanting a place to get together with your mom friends, bring ‘em all!
-
Is this a sober event?
It can be, if you want it to be. It also doesn’t need to be. You do you. Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. There’s no judgment. We do invite you to act responsibly, be safe, have fun, and be mindful. Our focus is not on alcohol, it’s on dance, community, and your overall health and wellness. We trust you to make your own choices.
-
What should I wear?
Literally whatever you want. We do invite you to dress up and even put on a little lipstick if that feels right for you. Because how often do we get to get glam these days? However, if you don’t have the energy to change out of your sweats, we still want you to come exactly as you are. If you haven’t been shopping for yourself in a year and have very few clothing items that still fit you, PUT ON YOUR OLDEST LEGGINGS AND COME!

What if I'm not a good dancer?
What is a “good dancer” and who defines that? To us, every person moving their body (with or without rhythm) is a dancer. This is a space for you to dance with yourself, for yourself. Sure, dance with others and feel the synergy of that, but MFT invites you to connect to your body and letting it do what it needs to do. That being said, we are definitely into some hardcore dance offs. Bring your best two-step, get your vogue on, twerk it out - do all the things your body wants to do - WE.ARE.HERE.FOR.IT.KWEEN.
-
Do I have to dance?
You sure don't! Do what you need. Soak in the energy and feeling of the community. Make mom friends. Have conversations. Enjoy the music. Take a breath and luxuriate in a night out. Being an MFT looks a million different ways.
-
Can I bring my child?
No. This one’s for you alone, mama.

Can I get a ticket refund?
We regret that we cannot exchange or, refund tickets unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Moms Feelin’ Themselves. Thank you for your understanding.
