We’re kicking off 2025 MFT-style with this New Year’s edition of The Mom Dance Party channeling the female icons throughout history that inspire and energize us.
We’ve created this one-of-a-kind dance party for moms to have fun while feeling safe, supported and understood. We invite you to select a lady icon that symbolizes the energy and intention you want to invoke in 2025, and come prepared to embody her fully, whether in dress or in spirit. Think Beyonce for her independent woman; Shania beckoning “LET’S GO GIRLS,” or Ilona Maher, USA Rugby Champion, promoting “beast, beauty, brains” and inspiring women to claim all aspects of their power.
The award-winning MFT Mom Dance Party, established in 2022 and the first of its kind in the country, was crafted specifically for moms that yearn to feel alive and connected to their bodies. This power-packed experience will rejuvenate your mind, body, and heart, and benefit your mental health in the most fun way we could possibly imagine.
